How do I upload missing game files? I understand I should click "Upload Missing Files" in the "Resources" nav box, but this link does not show up in my Resources panel...all that's there is "Forum" "My Reviews" "My Listings" and "My Favorites".

What am I missing?

OK, based on further reading on forum, it appears the upload feature is broken. I've sent email to admin at hotud.org

I was just told today in an email from the admin to go ahead and upload a game I have but how do I do this? Is this feature really still broken? If so then is there another way to upload a game file here?


EDIT: Did not notice the special login + password thing included in the email. Only problem is that the login/password he sent does not work.

Not speaking for Jorpho of course but I think you have to email the admin. and tell them what you have and they will send you a special link/info' for uploading.

Yeah that's what I did. Once you get the email back with username and password, get an FTP program if you don't have one (Filezilla is good, google it), then login to their ftp server with it and upload.

BTW, I just uploaded missing game 22173, The Neverhood. Unlike the older game, this has the entire game, including the music and audio. Hopefully they'll let us keep it archived this way...Disk space isn't a problem these days, but I know bandwidth costs are still a bitch.

The game installs and runs fine under my XP system.  ;D

Same here. I uploaded Helherron(the last and officially freeware version). I just did not go into specifics above because I was not sure how much of the details of the process they wanted revealed to the general public.
