Zelda is a princess and has a place in Rpg Royalty especially for the consoles. Many sequals and one of the most successful franchises on nintendo. Mario-Donkey Kong, Metroid, Final Fantasy, Mega Man are the other nintendo royalty. Simple great game. Usually one tequnique has to be figured out to kill a boss in the first few zelda games. Don't know about the pc version but the Nes version world changes after you complete it to give you another adventure.

The first roleplaying game I ever saw, but could not afford. Revenge of Werdna lol backwords Andrew. If the room spins it may be a nightmare but the rest of the time it is an enjoyable classic adventure into the realms of rpg's. Sir-Tech started out defining the genre in the early 80s with these first few wizardry games. By the time they made wizardry 7 in about 92 you could tell it was a classic and well refined. Sadly their last game Wizardry 8 in 2001 was perfection and flawless 10/10. The company gave us many memories of great gaming in this series and others. Jagged Alliance and Realms of Arkania. Wizardy 7 was also very well done and yes we all loved the chance to kill Brother T'shober's ghost. I am sure there are still a few puzzles I never figured out. Took a while for some puzzles white teddy bear helps ya swim ok wouldn't have thunk that lol. I recommend Ultima Bard's Tale Might and Magic SSI-AD&D Black Isle games as series of great games there are also many other great roleplaying games.

I remember playing this with no graphics just $ signs and # signs. First Rpg I ever Played. You may walk into a gray misty cube and teleport or sit and one stat goes up a level or down lol. A hobbit may steal from ya there went my ring of protection plus 3 darn hobbits. A dragon may like your body lmao and give ya a gift no comment lol. You can even snarf treasure. 50 levels and if you are good you can make it from one to 50 and back to the inn after hitting a safe and cracking the combo. Money is xp in Telengard. Very well made and runs well on every system I have ever owned. Evade lol runaway runaway. Watch out some enemies drain levels.

Sposed to be a classic but I have never been able to get it to work on a machine yet. Makes ya ticked off at Microsoft cause this windows 3.1 era game does not work on anything. We pay how much for windows on each system and they don't run our old stuff. I spose I have some Memory lack since there were about 6 types then and this game asks for extra files also.

I really enjoyed this game. When you get to the weapon skill time just weight down the keyboard and come back later after a snack and your skill will be much improved LOL. Secrets take a while to find. The Great Wahooka I swear its the count off seaseme streets brother LOL

Blade of Destiny, Star Trail, Shadows over Riva are all solid Sir-Tech RPG's. Color coded map is nice. This company also made the Wizardy series.

SSI took RPG games in the late 80s and early 90s and put a depth and feel of the surroundings. Pool of Radiance was one of their first games under the D&D liscence and they did a great job on most of them for the next decade. SSI also put out some other great games. Some people think of them for their wargames and others think of the gold boxes of rpg's. You are able to move your characters in combat and have obstacles in your way this was quite different than the classic Ultima Wizardry Bard's Tale way of melee. I guess when i think of roleplaying I think of these and might and magic and the Baldur's Gate and elder scrolls for computer and Final Fantasy Zelda and the Chrono games on console. Games that differ but are done well.

Sometimes Uniquness is very refreshing in this Genre. Very well made Classic game. Black Isle Studio Really took the Rpg's and did wonderful things for all gamers.

Diablo clone. Very enjoyable. I still love the cinematic and get a chuckle eveytime I think of it.

Patrick Stewart Voice Acting. Fun Game well made. This game has 2 sequals.
