Interstate '76 Arsenal, The
Action
Written by Underdogs     March 21, 2009
This game was fun, but by no means a classic. One of the few games that I had the luxury of playing with peripherals other than a keyboard and mouse, this game does fare well with a joystick and a driving wheel, but control was not where this game has trouble. Fraught with bugs and annoyingly difficult missions, such as the numerous 'escort' missions which are made worse with poor AI, the game still holds up thanks to it's funky style and fun action scenes. Bizarre terrain and collision detection bugs further mar an otherwise enjoyable experience. Ultimately, the level of difficulty and other annoyances make this game well short of a classic, but still worth a look for fans of driving games. Certainly better than some other offerings such as Streets of Sim City.

Decent game, if you can overlook the bugs and difficulty.
