SimFarm gives you a patch of ground to build your own agricultural wonderland. Buying machinery, seed, livestock its your choice how you make your money. The more you make the bigger you can get. Sow your crops and sell them at the local market for a tasty profit, or raise livestock to enter into the local fair.

This was a great game, back in the days where Sim games were popping up left and right, and the Tycoon fad hadn't quite struck yet. SimFarm was a simple, fun little game that offered a lot of complexity for a seemingly simple game. Definitely not for kids, as it involved a lot of information gathering and micromanagement that might be off-putting to some. Overall, a great bit of nostalgia that is a great way to waste an afternoon. I don't expect anyone to be able to pick up a good Sim game from Maxis and not spend at least several hours with it before putting it down, or coming back later, and this game is no exception. Highly recommended, even if only for gratuitous abuse of the cropduster planes.
