Hello,
This is my first post on this forum but i have been visiting this site for years.
When i was younger I purchased a pack of games called "The Game Cube" i think. It was probably 1996-ish and i was stoked to have literally hundreds of games to explore. It was broken down into 6 or 7 discs each of a different genera. On the RPG disc was a game that looked and played similar to Dungeon Master but was a bit more advanced. Your group of 4 characters were trapped?? in a maze and are fighting for survival against various creatures, one i remember in particular was a carrion creeper type monster. The items were almost comical in nature, like baseball hats, sweaters, and mittens as armor. For weapons i remember a childrens style slingshot and rocks that were thrown(with a flick the mouse and release method, not just a click.) I would find scrolls, food, and potions tucked in notches carved into the walls, fountains of water which was nessecary to survive, and gems that were combined in a certain way to make magic spells. To advance I had to find different color keys to open gates. What i had was actually a shareware so i never was able to get past a certain point as i never had the full game. I have posted on a few forums over the past couple of years and never got ANY responses so any input is appreciated.
