Need help indentifying a game

Like the topic says. I've looked everywhere but as i don't know how the game is called i can't find any trace of it. So i was hoping that someone here could help me. It's an old RPG i used to play. I don't know when it was released or how it's called. Everything i know is that you play as a black dude (with sunglasses i think) and you start out by chasing someone with a car then getting out of a car or maybe there's some kind of a car accident i don't know it has something to do with a car at the beginning of the first level. So the game plays similar to other action RPGs like diablo. You click to move and click to attack. Okay so in this game you have psychic powers, you start with only electricity and as you progress through the game you kill bosses and get their power. There's one boss i remember that has telekinesis i think and throws cards at you or something. Oh and when you change your power i think it changes your interface (bottom screen) color so electrokinesis is blue, telekinesis is pink and pyrokinesis is orange.
There are other powers but i don't remember them all. For every power you get a set of skills to go with.

If any of you know about a game that sounds similar to this and know how it's called please tell me smile Oh and the game has full 3D graphics but i don't know if you can rotate the camera or not.

Tnx in advance

Water resistance is a trademark of the Patek Philippe quality as they were the first company to establish this feature on watches. Generally speaking, the more water resistant (depth of water) your watch is, the higher quality Patek Philippe replica it will be. The highest grades will be water resistant to 100 feet whereas the lower quality Patek Philippe replicas will be water resistant to 10 or 15 feet.

Authentic Patek Philippe and Grade 1's will be the only Patek Philippe replicas with this feature.  Philippe replica it will be. The highest grades will be water resistant to 100 feet whereas the lower quality Patek Philippe replicas will be water resistant to 10 or 15 feet.
