Uploads are working now. Add missing games to the individual listings using the "Upload missing files" link in the files section. Here's an xml listing of all of the games on the site along with whether there are downloads. |

So now that we're moved and on some real hardware, I'm looking to streamline some of the navigation, layout and theming. Anybody who's joomla or PHP savvy and has some spare time, or anyone who would like to work on some new images or buttons, drop me a line at admin at hotud.org. Writer volunteers - I haven't forgotten about you and I'm working on a place for showcase articles. First up will be the sordid history of Chex Quest. |

Keep an eye out for 404's. cookie errors and the like. There are a few bugs in the top 50 reviewers and a handful of the game listings that I'm chasing down. Drop me a mail if you hit any weirdness with the contact us link in the upper right. |

The question came up on the forums about what "qualifies" as an Underdog. I'd like to think it's any game. Anything that you played and loved, popular or unpopular, any platform. Anything you can write about, not in a strictly analytical sense, not as a description of the game, but a game that you can write about that you feel strongly about. A game that reminds you why you play games in the first place. That's the point of the new site, the user additions, the community content setup. This is a platform for people who love these games and want to share their memories and opinions with other fans. So what's an Underdog? Whatever we say it is. Add listings, add reviews, and let's grow this archive far beyond the original 5400 games. |

So we're settled in on the new machine. Lotsa cpu and memory to spare. Now we need to grow. Tell everyone you know that we're back! And not just as a static snapshot, but as a living breathing community, a growing archive of old and new games, both unappreciated and the forgotten classics, and even the overlooked modern masterpiece. We've got the framework, now we just need to grow the community and dataset. So spread the word, tell people that Home of the Underdogs is back from the dead. |

If you can, spread the word, far and wide. Home of the Underdogs is back. Yeah, it looks a bit different, yeah, it still has more to work on, but it's back. |
